Cellulite and stuff




      I know that after an age we, girls, start to fight with this annoying thing called cellulite. The truth is that I do eat sweets especially cakes but in the same time I don't want my butt looks like an orange's peel so what can I do then?
     Do exercises? Well I really tried but after a short period I found so many excuses that now I don't bother anymore!Last month I tried to have a diet where I was not allowed to eat sweets, chips and juices but it last only for two weeks...the thought of a chocolate cake melting and some ice cream next to it won..
     For the moment I started a new ''diet''(it is not actually a really diet) that i have done before... a few months ago I think! Every day I drink 2 liters of water and in the evening I apply on the zones that I think is necessary a  body firming lotion and I do 20 minutes of cellulite massage! But you know that 20 minutes can easily transform in a boring time that makes me give up so in order to avoid this I watch an episode from Friends because it usually last for 23-24 minutes which is perfect! The point is that I can eat sweets but only if I really want to not because I saw a chips on that table and meah..you know I do not have anything else to do so let's eat it even if I do not really feel the need! For now I am satisfied with this new procedure so I will keep you up to date!

     These are the products that I use:

1. Juvena body firming performance - 26£/ 200ml on Amazon

     I chose this one because it is used in salons I do believe that salons' products are better that the ones from drugstores. The lotion has some small balls inside which melt after you apply it and you will feel an itching sensation which will disappear after a few minutes.

2. Relax Tone massage device- 10£ from Lidl but I have it for one year

     I like this one because it has different devices for cellulite or body's zones and also was very cheap!


     I know that this way of getting rid of cellulite will don't make a miracle if you do have a lot but it is a start and maybe in time I will find exercises more easier! So what do you think?
